FlexUnit 4 and TeamCity

We switched from FlexUnit to funit which seemed much more lightweight and came with out-of-the-box TeamCity support. Then FlexUnit 4 came up and IntelliJ IDEA 9 was released including a built-in FlexUnit runner. That alone would have been reason enough to switch over again, but additionally FlexUnit 4 seems to be a huge improvement over the 0.9 predecessor.

Asycle is an analysing tool for actionscript class and package dependencies based on Classycle. It uses metaas as an actionscript parser and provides the necessary statistics to generate reports with Classycle.

Continuous Integration with FlexUnit and TeamCity

We here at Catalysts use TeamCity for continuous integration and hence are spoiled by the notification and reporting possibilities we know from its built-in JUnit test runner. We therefor patched FlexUnit to work with TeamCity.
