Wenn man im Büro hoch-effizient sein möchte, braucht es mehr als den Willen zur Zusammenarbeit. Weil man immer zu viel zu tun hat, bleiben Dinge liegen bzw. verschleppen sich. Bekannte Prinzipien aus der agilen Software-Entwicklung helfen auch im agilen Büro: Sichtbarkeit (was ist alles zu erledigen) und Verbindlichkeit (wer kümmert sich worum) sind die ersten beiden wichtigen Schritte. Mit der richtigen Priorisierung der Ziele und Aufgaben arbeitet schlussendlich jeder am jeweils Wichtigsten. Jeder übernimmt einmal die Staffel und feiert anschließend beim gemeinsamen Sieg gerne mit. Das ist das Prinzip, taskmind ist die Lösung.
