Yes indeed, Catalysts has moved, but that doesn’t mean we are gone, we just moved to our new website
together with our partners from Crisp Research to do the same things we used to do in an improved way. We still do great software and we are still great people, more or less only the color has changed except from our domain 😉

10.5 Chapter Summary

This is the end of the tenth chapter, which was about what we do to achieve a healthy environment.

In “10.1 Health” I showed that we have much fewer sick leaves than comparable companies and I told how well we scored at the evaluation of mental stress. I also pointed to the tool TeamEcho that we’ve been using for a couple of years now for maintaining our healthy environment.

In “10.2 Responsibility” I briefly explained the Responsibility Process and how we put it to practice at Catalysts.

In “10.3 Self-Organization” I described that we have different levels of self-organization in different areas and situations at Catalysts.

In “10.4 Charity” I wrote about situations where team members show unexpected behaviour where they put others before themselves.

In a healthy organization, everybody will prosper, care about each other and do good things. I’m deeply grateful for what we’ve achieved so far.
