4.4 The Chapter Summary

It’s the end of the fourth chapter which was about getting on board.

In “4.1 How to Apply – and How Not to Apply” I shared some good and bad examples that we’ve seen from candidates.

In “4.2 Three Different Kinds of Internships” I described different ways to earn some practical experience.

In “4.3 Onboarding With Your Personal Coach During the First 4 Weeks” I wrote about what we do to make it easy for new team members to climb up the learning curve quickly and with ease.

At Catalysts, we have set up our structures and processes for organic growth. Nobody has to be afraid of growth, what it will be like if we double our team size once again, etc.

We can all feel the positive excitement when the internship season is about to start without the anxiety that one could expect.
